Covid-19, February:

• We are following the Governments advice closely and have increased our hygiene procedures for the safety of our customers & staff.
• Orders are now once again being dispatched daily – all orders received before 2pm Mon-Thurs will be dispatched that day.
• We can be contacted 24/7 via e-mail or any of our social media channels, we will do our best to respond to you as soon as possible.
• Refunds/exchanges are once again being processed 48 hours after they are received by our warehouse.

Refunds & Exchanges

We have a ‘no quibble’ returns policy as long as the item(s) are returned back to us with all tags in tact and in a re sellable condition.

If you are returning items from the United Kingdom and need to download a form to refund or exchange a garment please click HERE.

If you are returning garments from the EU or Rest of World, the return/exchange form will be included inside your parcel or you can download it HERE. Please fill out this form and include it inside your parcel with the ‘RETURNED GOODS to UK SUPPLIER – £0.00 VALUE – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE‘ wallet on the outside of the returning parcel. This is because the value to us will be nil as we will be refunding or exchanging the item(s) for you. We do not cover the cost of return postage however we also do not request a shipping fee for exchanged items to be dispatched.

Brexit

Customers outside the UK no longer have to pay UK VAT/sales tax, this amount will be automatically deducted from your order at checkout. Customers outside the UK may now need to pay import fees for their goods. We recommend contacting your local courier for details on these fees as they can vary based on your country/value of your order.

Delivery

We ship all of our UK orders via DPD who offer detailed tracking information to the e-mail/telephone number provided during the checkout process. Deliveries to all other countries will be via Royal Mail.

United Kingdom Mainland – £4.95 (Next Day Service, if ordered before 2pm Mon-Thurs).

United Kingdom Off-shore – £4.95 (2 day service)

European Union  – £9.95 (3-5 day service)

Rest of World – £12.95 (3-5 day service)
