Covid-19, August:

• We are following the Governments advice closely and have increased our hygiene procedures for the safety of our customers & staff.
• Orders are now once again being dispatched daily – all orders received before 2pm Mon-Thurs will be dispatched that day.
• We can be contacted 24/7 via e-mail or any of our social media channels, we will do our best to respond to you as soon as possible.
• Refunds/exchanges are once again being processed 48 hours after they are received by our warehouse.
• We still encourage customers to leave specific delivery instructions in their order notes section at the checkout page – these will be passed onto your courier.

International Currencies

You can choose to browse our store in GBP, EUR, USD or AUD using the currency dropdown in the top right. However payments will be processed in GBP.

Refunds & Exchanges

We have a ‘no quibble’ returns policy as long as the item(s) are returned back to us with all tags in tact and in a re sellable condition.

If you are returning items from the United Kingdom and need to download a form to refund or exchange a garment please click HERE.

On the other hand, if you are returning garments from a European country or Rest of World, the return/exchange form should be included inside your parcel which can be viewed HERE.  Please fill out this form and include it inside your parcel, with the ‘RETURNED GOODS to UK SUPPLIER – £0.00 VALUE – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE‘ wallet on the outside of the returning parcel. This is correct as the value to us will be nil as we will be refunding or exchanging items for you. Furthermore, we do not cover the cost of return postage, however, we do not request a shipping fee for exchanged items being dispatched.

We ship all of our orders via DPD who offer detailed tracking information to the e-mail/telephone number provided during the checkout process.

United Kingdom Mainland – £4.95 (Next Day Service, if ordered before 2pm Mon-Thurs).

United Kingdom Off-shore – £4.95 (2 day service)

Full Members of The EU  – £9.95 (3-5 day service)

Rest of World – £12.95 (4-7 day service)
