𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧/𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲?
We have a ‘no quibble’ returns policy as long as the item(s) are returned back to us unworn with all tags intact and in re-sellable condition.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐔𝐊 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬:
Please return any unsuitable item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Inside the parcel please include the original invoice and a note on how you would like to proceed with your order.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬:
Please return any unsuitable item(s) within 28 hours of receiving your order. Inside the parcel please include the original invoice and the returns form where you can specify how you’d like us to process your order. Please also ensure to attach the clear wallet which states “RETURNED GOODS TO UK SUPPLIER” to the outside of your parcel.
We aim to have returns completed within 48 hours of receiving them back to our warehouse, and you will receive an email notification if a refund has been processed.
Refunds usually take between 3 - 5 working days to clear in your account.
If you’re returning an order from outside of the UK, please attach the “RETURNED GOODS TO UK SUPPLIER” wallet on the outside of the returning parcel. If you do not attach this to the outside of your return we will be charged UK taxes on imports and these charges will be deducted from your refund.

At the moment we, unfortunately, are not able to cover return postage costs.
However, in the unlikely event should you receive a faulty garment, we will happily provide you with a return label (for UK customers only) or refund the postage cost back to you.

Any orders made outside of the UK may be subject to import/customs duty. We are not able to confirm if/how much these charges may be as they are subject to the individual country's customs authority.
Import fees must be covered by the customer, however UK VAT is taken off your order which helps cover these potential fees.
𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐞?
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail on a tracked and signed for service. Substantial orders will be shipped via UPS instead of Royal Mail.
Order before 3 PM GMT for same-day dispatch.
Pricing is as follows:
UK - Standard Delivery (2 - 3 business days) £4.95, Next Business day £6.95
Europe - £9.95 or £12.95
Rest of World - £12.95 or £19.95
𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐤
On very rare occasions we may not be able to complete your order in full due to an out of stock item. Should this happen, we will contact you urgently to notify you and arrange either an alternative or a full refund.

Our core lines will be continuously restocked every 4 weeks (approximately).
The best thing to do is sign up on the product page to be notified when your colour/size becomes available again. All you need to do is select the options you’d like and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email when the item is restocked.

Klarna is available as a payment option for UK customers which offers the option to pay in 3 interest-free instalments or to pay in 30 days. Selected Klarna options are available for EU countries.

We recommend you hand wash in warm water or dry clean if you wish. It’s best not to dry them in direct sunlight or in an excessively hot place as this can cause the natural yarn to twist and subsequently shrink.
All orders will include a physical wash care card included so you have this information handy!
