If you are returning items from the United Kingdom and need to download a form to refund or exchange a garment, please click HERE.⁣⁣

If you can't print the returns form, please include your original invoice in the parcel, clearly showing how you would like to proceed with your order (return/exchange and the desired product/s). ⁣⁣

We do not cover the cost of the initial express 24hr postage charge or the return postage; however, we also do not charge a shipping fee for exchanged items.⁣ ⁣⁣

If you are returning garments from the EU or the Rest of the World, the return/exchange form will be included inside your parcel, or you can download it HERE. ⁣⁣

Please fill out this form and include it inside your parcel with the ‘RETURNED GOODS to UK SUPPLIER – £0.00 VALUE – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE‘ wallet on the outside of the returning parcel. This is because the value to us will be nil, as we will be refunding or exchanging the item(s) for you. If you do not attach the documents advised above, we will be charged UK import taxes, and these charges will be deducted from your refund. ⁣⁣
