We have a ‘no quibble’ returns policy as long as the item(s) are returned back to us unworn with all tags intact and in re-sellable condition.

Please return any unsuitable item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Inside the parcel please include the original invoice and a note on how you would like to proceed with your order.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬:
Please return any unsuitable item(s) within 28 days of receiving your order. Inside the parcel please include the original invoice and the returns form where you can specify how you’d like us to process your order. Please also ensure to attach the clear wallet which states “RETURNED GOODS TO UK SUPPLIER” to the outside of your parcel.
We aim to have returns completed within 48 hours of receiving them back to our warehouse, and you will receive an email notification if a refund has been processed.
Refunds usually take between 3 - 5 working days to clear in your account.
If you’re returning an order from outside of the UK, please attach the “RETURNED GOODS TO UK SUPPLIER” wallet on the outside of the returning parcel. If you do not attach this to the outside of your return we will be charged UK taxes on imports and these charges will be deducted from your refund.
