The coat itself is beautiful. However its packaging was extremely poor. It was folded and squeezed up tightly into a small package. When I opened it, the coat was very badly creased and it took me 45 minutes to steam and iron it. I don’t expect to pay £170 for a coat that I then have to iron in order to wear. It has put me off buying this type of clothing online. I’d rather collect a coat that is in perfect condition from a shop!
